Job description

About Curve Dental:
Curve Dental is looking for a skilled and driven individual to join our team! Curve provides Dental Practices with award winning software and high-level customer support. Our software allows dentists to manage their full business including patient scheduling, billing, imaging and record keeping.
Beyond the day to day business we are committed to building a work environment where employees feel safe and appreciated for their contributions. We value our team's individual and combined success, and we have fun along the way!
About This Role's Scope
This role supports payments leadership across two brands: Curve Pay, part of Curve Dental, and FlexPayments, part of Flex Dental.
About the Role
We're hiring a Payments Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of that business - the person who keeps performance visible, keeps priorities moving, and keeps the machine running day to day.
What You'll Do
• Own the operating cadence of the payments business - build and maintain the dashboards and reporting that track performance across the customer lifecycle, from initial setup through renewal and expansion.
• Monitor account and business health, catch emerging risk early, and bring findings and recommendations to leadership before they're asked for.
• Drive cross-functional execution - work across sales, account management, marketing, product, and support to make sure strategic priorities keep moving, not just get announced.
• Design and continuously improve the processes, tools, and systems the payments business runs on.
• Partner closely with the Head of Payments on operational strategy - translating priorities into concrete execution plans, coordinating across teams to get them done, and driving targeted improvements to operational performance.
• Prepare business reviews, performance reporting, and leadership communications.
• Identify opportunities for improvement independently
What We're Looking For
• 4+ years in business operations, revenue operations, strategy & operations, or program management - ideally supporting or within a payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS business.
• Demonstrated ability to build reporting and dashboard infrastructure from scratch and turn data into action, not just visibility.
• A track record of driving initiatives to completion across teams you don't manage.
• Strong organizational instincts and comfort with ambiguity - you build structure where none exists rather than waiting for it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, credible with both executives and frontline teams.
• Have supported or helped launch a new product or offering from planning through go-to-market.
• Resourceful with tools - picks up new platforms fast and builds with them.
