We're looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support members of our Executive Leadership Team and Human Resources Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, managing multiple priorities, and providing professional support in a fast-paced environment.

You'll handle sensitive and confidential information while coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, and administrative activities across the organization. This position is initially a six-month temporary assignment, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity based on business needs and performance.

What You'll DoExecutive Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, plant visits, and company events.
  • Take meeting notes and distribute follow-up items when needed.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and administrative documentation.
  • Support executive projects, company meetings, and special initiatives.
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including offer packages, onboarding documents, and orientation scheduling.
  • Support HRIS and ATS data entry and updates.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, candidates, and business partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, company, and business information.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Who We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, HR, office management, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This is primarily an office-based position with regular interaction across the organization. The role requires sitting, standing, walking, using a computer and telephone, attending meetings, and occasionally moving throughout company facilities.

The position requires the ability to:

  • Stand and walk throughout the workday as needed.
  • Climb stairs and move throughout the facility.
  • Occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
