We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to support day-to-day executive operations in Nashville, Tennessee. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with warmth and clarity, and enjoys being a trusted partner in both administrative and business support functions. The role offers a blend of executive scheduling, travel coordination, client-facing interaction, and creative support across marketing, recruiting, and lead generation activities.


Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure executives are prepared for internal and external meetings.

• Arrange business travel, including itineraries, lodging, transportation, and related logistics, while keeping plans organized and up to date.

• Welcome clients and guests with a courteous, attentive approach that creates a positive and welcoming experience.

• Support marketing efforts by creating or updating visual and digital content using Canva and contributing to social media activity.

• Assist with lead generation initiatives by reaching out to contacts, maintaining follow-up activity, and updating information within the CRM system.

• Provide recruiting support by reviewing resumes, identifying potential candidates, and helping monitor applicant pipelines from platforms.

• Prepare meeting materials, coordinate executive meeting details, and help keep priorities on track across multiple workstreams.
