Intelligence Planner (All-Source)
Position Title: Intelligence Planner (All-Source / Open Source)
Location: Huntsville, AL (On-site)
Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Additional special access eligibility may be required.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Customer: U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G-2
Position Overview

Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC will seek an experienced Intelligence Planner (All-Source) to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G-2 intelligence mission. The selected individual will provide operational intelligence planning, all-source analytical support, collection integration, and intelligence synchronization supporting Army Space operations, Missile Defense missions, and Joint Force planning.
The Intelligence Planner will integrate intelligence from multiple sources to support deliberate and contingency planning, operational assessments, intelligence preparation of the operational environment (IPOE), targeting support, and decision-making across strategic, operational, and tactical echelons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop intelligence planning products supporting Army Space and Missile Defense operations.
Conduct all-source intelligence analysis utilizing SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, CYBINT, and other intelligence disciplines.
Support Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE/IPB).
Produce intelligence estimates, threat assessments, operational overlays, and mission planning products.
Develop intelligence annexes, appendices, and supporting documentation for operational plans (OPLANs), CONPLANs, and contingency plans.
Integrate intelligence requirements into Joint Planning Process (JPP), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), and operational planning activities.
Coordinate collection requirements with national, theater, and tactical intelligence organizations.
Analyze adversary capabilities, doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, and emerging threats affecting Army Space and Missile Defense missions.
Support targeting, collection management, indications and warning, and operational assessments.
Prepare executive-level briefings, intelligence summaries, and decision-support products for senior leaders.
Participate in operational planning teams, working groups, and mission synchronization meetings.
Maintain awareness of emerging space, missile, cyber, electronic warfare, and multi-domain threats.
Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 10 years of intelligence experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community organizations.
Experience supporting operational planning at the Combatant Command, Service Component, Army Service Component Command, or Major Command level.
Strong understanding of:
Joint Planning Process (JPP)
Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE/IPB)
Collection Management
Intelligence Synchronization
Experience preparing intelligence estimates and operational planning products.
Demonstrated experience integrating multiple intelligence disciplines into operational planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
Desired Qualifications

Experience working within SCI or Special Access Program environments.
Graduate degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Strategic Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
Completion of military intelligence planning courses or Joint Professional Military Education is preferred.
