At Near North, we are a leading title insurance agency with a national outreach and a growing presence in multiple states. With the backing of seven major underwriters and a team of skilled attorneys, we offer a collaborative, energetic, and entrepreneurial work environment.
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our success by engaging in outcome-oriented business development practices. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively promoting our comprehensive range of services, such as title insurance, escrow, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange operations. Additionally, you will deliver proactive communication, exceptional support, and first-class service to our valued clients.
To thrive in this role, you should have previous experience in title or real estate sales and a strong network of contacts within the industry, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, developers, and commercial lenders. We are seeking individuals who have demonstrated the ability to meet sales quotas in highly competitive markets. Your meticulous record-keeping abilities will be vital in maintaining accurate client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years of title or real estate sales experience
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales
  • Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of high performance
  • Existing contact list and relationships with key industry players
  • Strong accountability and exceptional territory management skills
  • Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Employing results-focused business development practices to achieve sales goals
  • Establishing positive and proactive relationships with clients
  • Promptly submitting complete and accurate title orders
  • Conducting sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments while maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate events
  • Staying informed about customer and competitor activities
