Executive Housekeeper - La Quinta Inn & Suites Morgantown, WV
La Quinta by Wyndham is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at our Morgantown, WV location. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, team supervision, and efficient daily operations within the housekeeping department.
We are looking for a dependable hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms and public areas
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff
  • Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment
  • Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, sanitation, and brand procedures
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
