Job description

We are currently looking for friendly, detail-oriented people to join our team! We are hiring a part-time Breakfast Attendant, Sat. - Sun. at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Clarion, PA.

Job Summary:
Responsible for setting up the breakfast bar and serving hotel guests according to the Microtel Inn & Suites and PA Department of Health breakfast bar standards. This position starts at 6:00 am. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The remaining time is allotted for breakfast cleanup, including but not limited to: all dishes used during breakfast, breakfast bar counter, guest tables, coffee bar station, kitchen, lobby and breakfast floor will need swept and mopped, and garbage will need thrown in the dumpster. Also includes assisting with laundry.

  • Must be punctual and an early riser.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Organized and able to follow directions thoroughly.
  • Able to work cohesively as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with the hospitality or food service industry preferred but not required.
