Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nephi
Pay: Starting at $15/hour+ (depending on experience), with opportunities for raises and commission based on performance
Employment Type: Part-Time
Hours: 24-32 hours per week
Shift:
  • Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, reservations online & over the phone
  • Processing credit card & cash transactions
  • Coordinating with other departments for high level of service
  • Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops
  • Lobby & work area to be cleaned and well maintained; weekly deep cleaning assigned
  • Property & pool checks
  • Occasional package shipment or receiving
  • Manage incoming customer calls
  • Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc.
  • Approachable, hospitable demeanor when interacting with guests in person and over the phone
  • Ensure guest security by following procedures set forth by the handbook
  • Abide by company policies set forth by the handbook including dress code, reliability, reporting to manager, etc.
  • Able and willing to perform other tasks that may be asked by management including flexible work hours
