$160,000-$200,000 Base Salary-Excellent Benefits

Enhanced Staffing is recruiting a Project Executive for a leading mechanical contractor. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of large commercial and industrial construction projects while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.


Position Summary

The Project Executive will provide strategic leadership from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will mentor Project Managers, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.

• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and

profitability.

• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.

• Review contracts, manage project risk, and oversee change management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internalteams.

• Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations.

• Drive operational improvements, standardize best practices, and improve project execution.• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and division growth initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, preferably in mechanical contracting.
  • Proven success managing multiple Project Managers and large project portfolios.
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and contract administration skills.
  • Experience with forecasting, labor productivity, scheduling, and cost controls.
  • Excellent communication,organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
