In this role, you will sit at the center of the Miracle-Ear Franchise marketing organization, translating marketing data into actionable insights that influence real business decisions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders while balancing hands-on analytics with people leadership responsibilities.
Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $100,000-$120,000.
Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Insights
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to track marketing performance across the customer journey.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that inform marketing and business decisions.

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner closely with teams across CRM, Media, Call Center, and Digital Marketing to understand needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Present findings to senior leaders, supporting executive-level discussions and decision making.

Team Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead and coordinate a distributed team of data analysts across LATAM and Europe, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs.
  • Balance hands-on analytical work with prioritization, guidance, and delivery oversight for the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or related analytical roles
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (building and modifying dashboards and reports)
  • Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical and executive audiences
  • Experience leading or coordinating others, including indirect or contractor teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a retail, franchised, or multi-location business
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and performance measurement
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Experience partnering with global or cross-cultural teams
