Position Summary...The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Vice President, Site Experience, as well as other leaders across the Walmart eCommerce organization in Bentonville, AR. This role is critical to enabling executive effectiveness through proactive calendar management, travel coordination, communications, meeting execution, and operational support. The Executive Assistant leverages technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the leadership team. Job Description 
What you'll do... 
  • Provide executive administrative support to the SVP, Site Experience, while partnering with other eCommerce Vice Presidents and their leadership teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. 
  • Manage complex executive calendars, proactively prioritizing schedules, resolving conflicts, and adapting quickly to changing business needs. 
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, staff meetings, town halls, teleconferences, off-sites, and organization-wide events, ensuring agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions are executed efficiently. 
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and more complex travel such as multi-city itineraries or charter/private aviation when required, in accordance with company policies. 
  • Prepare and process expense reports, vendor invoices, and budget tracking while ensuring timely reconciliation and compliance. 
  • Partner across eCommerce and corporate functions to coordinate executive communications, leadership visits, and cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Leverage AI-powered productivity tools and digital technologies to automate routine administrative work, create meeting summaries and action items, organize information, improve document creation, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and data security. 
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve team effectiveness, and implement more efficient ways of working. 
  • Exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. 
  • Support special projects and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. 
What you'll bring... 
  • Experience supporting senior executives, preferably Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents, within a large, fast-paced organization. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Strong technology acumen with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and leverage AI-enabled productivity solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and meeting facilitation within Microsoft Teams. 
  • Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and managing shared collaboration spaces. 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Concur, corporate travel systems, and Excel-based reporting and data management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while anticipating executive and business needs.
