As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, competitive, and results-driven Account Executive to join our Salt Lake City sales team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to own their pipeline, build relationships with business leaders, and close new client partnerships in a high-energy B2B sales environment.

The Opportunity

This role is built for someone who is comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach all the way through discovery, relationship building, proposal conversations, and closing new business.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, connecting with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and positioning NOW CFO’s consulting solutions in a way that drives revenue growth.

This is a strong fit for someone who is hungry, coachable, confident on the phone, and excited by the opportunity to directly impact their own earnings.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing new client partnerships
  • Identify and connect with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, business owners, and other key decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points, business needs, and growth opportunities
  • Present NOW CFO’s services in a clear, consultative, and compelling way
  • Move opportunities through the pipeline with urgency, organization, and consistent follow-up
  • Negotiate, close, and hand off new client engagements in partnership with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to support a smooth client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills, industry knowledge, and market strategy
What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves
  • 1–3 years of sales, business development, or client-facing revenue experience
