Who We Want
As an Open Deck Executive Solutions Manager, you will play a vital role in the development of Arrive's Open Deck mode as we transition from a start-up mode to a major player in the 3PL space. From day one, you will leverage your industry knowledge and high energy to develop new sales reps, build relationships with BD and CS, and strategically grow our Open Deck capacity.
What You'll Do
  • Become an expert in the Arrive business model, our competitive advantages, and proprietary software.
  • Focus on specialized Open Deck opportunities with the goal of increasing utilization and wallet share.
  • Increase the count and utilization of Arrive's Open Deck service offering.
  • Client-facing/collab with BD reps, managers, exec sponsors, with the goal to improve the wallet share of Enterprise Shippers selling Arrive's unique capacity.
  • Collaborate with the management and executive team with any OD specialized needs.
  • Pilot key growth within our Oversized/Heavy Haul service offering.
  • Use Arrive lane history and data combined with industry tools to support pricing when needed.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of 3PL experience with a focus on Open Deck Pricing/Operations.
  • Demonstrated market awareness and ability to price Open Deck and Oversized/Heavy Haul shipments accordingly.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Proven ability to contribute to a dynamic, high-energy sales team.
  • A dynamic leader with a bold presence and contagious attitude!
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with management and peers alike.
  • Previous management/mentorship experience preferred; this role will oversee reps
  • Desire to develop the next generation of freight brokers!
