Job Description
PubWorX ProCirc, a Hearst and Condé Nast partnership committed to offering scale and innovation to the magazine industry. PubWorX ProCirc is an award-winning provider of circulation management, consumer marketing, production, and procurement services. We are currently recruiting for a Associate Director, Retention/CRM for our New York office.
The Associate Director, Retention/CRM is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of the subscriber retention strategy across several brands for PubWorX clients. In this role, you'll be tasked with ensuring all goals and retention strategies are aligned to present and deliver the optimal subscriber experience and maximize LTV.
Reporting to the Director, Retention/CRM, this position will:
  • Develop and implement all CRM omni-channel strategies across multiple brands to align with client goals and meet key business objectives
  • Innovate new ways to reach subscribers and new programs to drive retention
  • Set up complex and disciplined testing approaches, from design management to campaign measurement
  • Track marketing performance KPIs by channel, leveraging data-driven analysis to drive strategic direction and optimize programs
  • Communicate insightful analysis and recommendations to internal & external key stakeholders via bi-monthly marketing decks to clients
  • Prepare bi-annual marketing budgets and monitor monthly financial forecasting

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in subscription marketing and/or omni-channel marketing preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing 1+ direct report(s)
  • Solution-oriented, multi-tasker with high attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of peers as well as C-level executives
  • Understanding of data-driven, subscription-based models
  • Ability to work successfully in a group setting and pivot quickly from one task to the next
  • Advanced user of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
