Job description

Sales Administrator

We are reseller of telecommunications infrastructure equipment, and we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, facilitating order entry and processing, managing customer interactions, and supporting Senior Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment and the ability to learn and enhance the process of sales administration. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is helpful but not required. We offer great wages and an excellent benefit package, with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Assists in training personnel as needed or as directed.

Essential Functions:

  1. Contract Entry: Accurately enter and update contracts and purchase orders in the system, ensuring all details, terms, and conditions are correctly documented.
  2. Inventory Reports: Pull and provide reports related to inventory management regularly.
  3. Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to contract terms, product specifications, pricing, and other details, while performing thorough reviews of contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  4. Written and Verbal Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to discuss product requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for contract entry, order processing, and other related time-sensitive activities.

Qualifications, Education and Experience/Training:

Pay Range:

  • Hourly Range $21.00 - $32.00
