What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily operations across Assisted Living and Memory Care, overseeing resident care, staffing, compliance, and service excellence
  • Coach and develop department leaders across all departments
  • Ensure every resident has a personalized, dignity-driven care plan with specialized dementia support
  • Own regulatory compliance, leading surveys, audits, and corrective action follow-through
  • Serve as the primary resource for families, resolving concerns and keeping them informed and engaged
  • Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources while partnering with sales on occupancy goals
  • Contribute as a senior leader, participating in on-call rotation and reporting directly to corporate leadership

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in health care, housing with services, or adult day care or providing similar services to the elderly
  • Preferred three to five years of progressive leadership and management experience in a senior living community
  • Experience working with geriatric populations required
  • Must be 21 years of age of older
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
