Citizens Savings Bank, a local Community Bank, is seeking to hire a Part-Time Executive Secretary in our Administrative Office. The position will be responsible for performing high-level clerical and administrative support for the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, President & CEO and senior executive officers.


Citizens Savings Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank headquartered in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. We have six branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Monroe and Wayne County.

Job Summary:

As an Executive Secretary your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations of the executive offices, including mail, scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate all Board of Directors and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, logistics, and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality with respect to sensitive information.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute board packets using secure governance platforms.
  • Attend board and committee meetings; record, draft, and maintain accurate minutes.
  • Maintain official corporate records, including bylaws, charters, resolutions, and board policies.
  • Ensure timely filing and documentation of board actions and approvals.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, briefing materials, and communications.
  • Track and follow up on key initiatives, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination.

The position will be located at 500 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.


Job Hours:

Position will work up to 29 hours Monday-Friday. Scheduled hours may vary and are subject to change based upon need.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required, bachelorโ€™s degree in business or related field preferred.

At least 2 years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives; banking or financial services experience strongly preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience supporting a Board of Directors or governance body is highly desirable.
