Executive Housekeeper

Homewood Suites Princeton is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure our guests experience exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality every day.

What You'll Do

As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the housekeeping department, including:

  • Directing all housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing housekeeping associates
  • Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards and company expectations
  • Managing labor costs, productivity, and departmental budgets
  • Maintaining inventory controls and ordering supplies
  • Coordinating room readiness with the Front Office team to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Partnering with Maintenance to address repair and preventative maintenance needs
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA requirements
  • Driving guest satisfaction scores and service excellence initiatives
  • Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience
  • Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred
  • Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience managing labor budgets, inventories, and productivity standards
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
