Senior Interior Designer Recruiting Firm: Symbiotic Services Position Summary Symbiotic Services is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead the vision, design, execution, and ongoing management of showrooms, photoshoot styling, partner showroom environments, and corporate display spaces. This individual will own the physical brand experience, ensuring every customer-facing environment reflects exceptional design standards while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury residential and/or high-end commercial interiors and a proven ability to manage projects from concept through installation.

Key Responsibilities Showroom Design & Management Lead the design, planning, and execution of seasonal showroom installations. Develop showroom concepts, floor plans, customer journeys, and visual design stories. Create furniture layouts, accessory plans, lighting plans, artwork selections, and styling packages.

Coordinate installation schedules, vendor relationships, and showroom setup activities. Partner with merchandising teams to effectively showcase new product introductions. Translate product stories into engaging physical environments.

Corporate Showroom Management Oversee the design and maintenance of the corporate showroom environment. Ensure showroom displays align with current product strategy and brand positioning. Create presentation spaces for customer visits, executive meetings, and product reviews.

Trade & Regional Showroom Design Design and execute showroom environments for trade customers and strategic locations nationwide. Develop scalable design standards that maintain brand consistency across multiple locations. Travel as needed for installations, walkthroughs, and showroom openings.

Photography & Styling Lead styling direction for product photography and lifestyle room scenes. Develop shot lists, styling plans, and visual storytelling concepts. Select accessories, rugs, lighting, artwork, textiles, and decorative elements.

Collaborate with photographers, marketing, and merchandising teams to achieve desired aesthetics. Maintain photo styling inventory and prop library. Ensure all imagery aligns with brand standards and supports merchandising and sales objectives.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. 5+ years of professional interior design experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, contract, or furniture environments. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and/or SketchUp preferred.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
