Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant is responsible for the day to day operations of the department on a daily, routine basis. The Executive Assistant works with the Hospital Administrator/CEO, Administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Input and retrieve computerized data.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  • Staring January 2013, all new hires require High School Diploma or Equivalent college degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital administration environment.
  • Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.)

    La Palma Intercommunity Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $29.04 to $29.04. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
