Job description

Regional Manager

“New York Pilates is about community and creating a space where people feel at home, leave their day behind and get into their bodies” - Heather Andersen, Founder & Owner

We Want You!

With soon to be 10 locations across New York City and the Hamptons, New York Pilates is building the future of boutique fitness. We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager and people-first leader to scale our operations while preserving the exceptional experience our students know and love.

As Regional Manager, you'll lead the operations of one of the fastest-growing boutique Pilates brands in the country. You'll oversee 5 studios in NYC and 5 studios in the Hamptons, develop exceptional leaders, drive revenue growth, open new locations, and help shape the future of New York Pilates. If you're energized by building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional hospitality, and scaling a premium consumer brand, we'd love to meet you.

The Role
  • Own the operational success of all New York Pilates studios, ensuring exceptional execution, consistency, and an elevated student experience across all NYC + Hampton locations.
  • Drive company-wide performance by achieving ambitious goals for revenue, memberships, bookings, utilization, retention, labor efficiency, profitability, and overall business growth.
  • Build exceptional leaders by coaching, mentoring, and developing Studio Managers through accountability, performance management, and ongoing leadership development.
  • Partner with recruiting on hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and team development to build a high-performing organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Instructor Operations, and Finance to execute strategic initiatives and accelerate company growth.
  • Lead new studio openings from planning through launch, ensuring every location opens fully staffed, operationally ready, and positioned for long-term success.
  • Champion operational excellence by maintaining best-in-class studio environments, equipment, facilities, safety standards, and brand consistency across every location.
  • Leverage data to make decisions, analyzing KPIs, identifying opportunities, improving systems and workflows, and implementing strategies that elevate operational performance and profitability.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years leading multi-unit operations within boutique fitness, retail, hospitality, or another premium service-based business.
  • You've consistently delivered results, leading high-performing teams while exceeding sales, operational, and financial goals.
  • You know how to develop leaders, with experience managing, onboarding, and coaching Studio teams across multiple locations.
  • You're financially savvy, with experience managing budgets, labor, P&Ls, forecasting, and operational KPIs to drive profitable growth.
  • You've successfully scaled businesses, whether through new store openings, market expansion, or improving performance across multiple locations.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and strong decision-making under pressure.
  • You're passionate about hospitality, operational excellence, and creating experiences that keep students coming back while inspiring teams to do their best work.
Why You’ll Love Working With NYP!

Competitive Pay:
$100,000–$130,000 base salary plus performance bonus and additional expansion incentives tied to successful new studio openings.
Benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and 401k.
Wellness:
Complimentary Pilates classes and exclusive retail discounts.
Creative Culture:
Collaborate with a design-obsessed, mission-driven team shaping the future of boutique fitness.
Impact:
Transform studio performance through exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on people, profitability, and the student experience.
