Job description

Busy Legal Agency seeks a Resourceful Leader to be the Right Hand to the CEO.


You will help run the day-to-day of the office, staff, and partner with another lead administrative coordinator in Los Angeles. Note our CEO has an office and focus in New York and we are on East Coast hours.


We are looking for a committed career-minded businessperson whose career is a top priority as is job stability. You should be highly resourceful, reliable, meticulous, and enjoy a fast-paced business environment.


We cater to elite law firms and partner-level lawyers who are at the top of their game.

Our CEO has a demanding schedule and operates at a very high level. Kossoris Search is a recruiting agency specializing in the placement of high-profile attorney partners and groups, both in the United States and internationally. With nearly 20 years of experience, Kossoris Search has consistently facilitated numerous high-profile partner placements with the most prestigious global law firms.


Day-to-day tasks include but are never limited to:

1. Creating / Maintaining the CEO’s schedule.

2. Handling extensive booking of attorney meetings with law firms, the CEO’s travel, and personal schedule.

3. Assisting in recruiting talent for the company.

4. Answer and respond to phone calls, and communicate messages and information to the CEO and executives.

5. Maintain various records and documents for company CEO and executives.

6. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the company.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable 4-year university with a GPA of 3.3 or higher

2. Typing speed 65 WPM or higher

3. Ability to reliably commute to our office in Century City


Ideal Candidate:

1. High attention to detail, meticulous, 'A Type' personality

2. High energy, great on the phone with high-end clientele, top communication and follow-up skills

3. Extremely resourceful

4. Ability to work independently and take initiative


Compensation & Benefits:

While we start at an hourly rate, there is no limit to what you can achieve on a financial level.

Salary ranges from $70,000 - $100,000+ depending on performance and overtime.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (PT) * Please note overtime is regularly available and, on occasion, required.

Location: In Person at the Westwood Office in Los Angeles, CA
