As a Territory Sales Executive - Electronics, you will be responsible for driving sales performance within an assigned territory by building strong channel relationships, executing territory plans, and supporting customer adoption of Copeland solutions. This role emphasizes disciplined execution, cross functional collaboration, and consistent demand generation across the territory.

You Will:

  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local and regional contractors within assigned territory.

  • Maintain and manage the Retail quote and tender inbox, supply accurate and on time quotes to contractors and retailers, for both Ref/HVAC and lighting projects providing electronics solutions.

  • Proactively cover top contractors in assigned territory and educate them on Copeland portfolio as influencers in the sales process.

  • Implement channel strategies to drive sales growth and market share.

  • Negotiate and manage agreements, pricing, and performance metrics with contractors.

  • Carry out Sales calls and meet with the large ANZ contractor base, to strengthen and deepen relationships.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to support customer needs and market initiatives.

  • Deliver product and application training to contractors to support adoption and preference.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast information in CRM systems.

Schedule & Travel: Standard business hours. Travel up to approximately 20-30% is expected.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Degree, diploma, or technical qualification in HVAC/R, Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of HVACR essential

  • Experience in Electronics in HVAC/R

  • Sales experience with CRM and forecasting experience

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of organization

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment - sponsorship will not be provided.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Advanced sales, negotiation, or account management training or certifications.

  • Industry or productrelated certifications.

  • CRM, forecasting, or sales analytics training.
