Work Location: LaSalle Plaza – Downtown Minneapolis (As assigned in the Minneapolis metro area)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 – 5pm (occasional early mornings, evenings, or special events as needed)

About the Role
Hempel Real Estate is seeking a highly professional, service-oriented Executive Driver & Hospitality Concierge to serve as the face of our hospitality program while providing executive transportation services to building tenants and guests. This position combines luxury customer service, concierge responsibilities, executive driving, amenities
management, and operational support to help deliver an exceptional Class A office experience. This individual works to ensure exceptional building performance, operational excellence, and hospitable tenant experiences.


The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, service-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. During periods when transportation services are not in demand, the Executive Driver & Hospitality Concierge will support building operations, tenant engagement, property management initiatives, and the oversight of premium amenities. This position reports directly to the LaSalle Plaza Director of Property Management.


Key Responsibilities (are inclusive of but not limited to)
Executive Driver Services (25–35%)

  • Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for tenants and authorizedguests
  • Maintain a luxury-level customer experience with every ride
  • Assistpassengers with entry, exit, luggage, and personal belongings when
    appropriate
  • Monitor transportation requests andmaintainan efficient ride schedule
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, fueling, maintenance, inspections, and appearance at
    all times
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing andmaintainmaintenance records
  • Practice defensive driving andcomply withall traffic laws and company policies

Hospitality & Concierge Services (25–30%)

  • Serve as a hospitality ambassador for LaSalle Plaza
  • Greet tenants and visitors in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
  • Assistwith wayfinding, visitor inquiries, recommendations,
    transportation requests, and local information
  • Support VIP visitors, ownership representatives, brokers, and prospective tenants
    during tours
  • Help coordinate hospitality experiences and special tenant appreciation events
  • Foster positive tenant relationships through exceptional customer service

Amenities Oversight (15–20%)

  • Perform daily inspections of amenity spaces includingbut not limited to:
  • Tenant Lounge
  • Conference Center
  • Golf Simulators
  • Outdoor Patio
  • Fitness Center
  • Ensure spacesremainclean, organized, stocked, andguest ready
  • Restock coffee stations, refreshments, supplies, and promotional materials as
    needed
  • Identifymaintenance or housekeeping concerns and coordinatetimelyresolution
  • Assistwith conference room readiness and event setup

Property Operations Support (15–20%)

  • Perform daily property quality inspections throughoutcommon areas.
  • Report operational deficiencies and follow through until resolved
  • Assist Property Management with:
  • Vendor coordination
  • Building inspections
  • Work order follow-up
  • Inventory management
  • Tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Loading dock coordination
  • Building communications and notices
  • Provide operational support during emergencies and special events
  • Assist with seasonal projects and building initiatives

Administrative Responsibilities (5–10%)

  • Maintain transportation logs and usage reports
  • Track vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules
  • Assistwith tenant reservation systems for amenities
  • Support tenant engagement initiatives and building events
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned bypropertymanagement
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Minnesota driver's license with acleandriving record
  • 2+years of professional customer service or hospitality experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to liftand carryupto 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
  • Walk multiple miles throughout the property daily
  • Occasionally bend, kneel, climb stairs, and reach overhead
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Desired Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Experience as an executive chauffeur, concierge, hospitality ambassador, or luxury
    hotel associate
  • Commercial real estate, hotel, or private club experience
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Experience working with executives or VIP clientele
