As an Executive Director-Head of Content Marketing within Chase Auto, you will lead the development of content that breaks through with Chase Auto customers and reflects how customers discover and engage with our content-across search engines, social platforms, and emerging AI-driven discovery tools. You will research the way people shop for vehicles and you will ensure customers find clear, helpful, and trustworthy content at every stage of their car-buying and financing journey, no matter where they're looking. The Executive Director-Head of Content Marketing will report to the MD, Consumer Marketing & Dealer Retail Marketing.

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing content marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure initiatives are focused and drive intended business outcomes. Establish performance metrics, including OKRs, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Map content needs across the full customer journey-from early research and affordability exploration through pre-qualification, dealership visits, and post-purchase support-ensuring the right content meets customers at the right moment with the right level of detail.
  • Lead Chase Auto's content strategy across search, social, and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms, ensuring customers can easily find accurate and helpful information about our products and offerings.
  • Lead creative direction for content across all channels, ensuring visual and written expression is consistent, compelling, and aligned with the Chase Auto brand.
  • Own the organic social media strategy, creating content that builds trust and provides genuine value to customers and dealer partners.

  • Build and manage affiliate partnerships that extend Chase Auto's reach and drive qualified consumer traffic through performance-based relationships.
  • Build and execute strategies that increase Chase Auto's visibility within AI-powered search and agentic platforms, ensuring customers receive clear and correct information when researching auto financing through these tools.
  • Build structured, clear, and well-organized content that helps customers-and the platforms they use-find accurate information quickly.
  • Stay ahead of how customers discover and research financial products, bringing fresh thinking to how Chase Auto shows up across the digital landscape.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Increases awareness and findability within AI-driven search and agentic platforms through modern SEO, content architecture, and distribution strategy.
  • Builds end-to-end content strategies grounded in journey mapping, translating audience needs into content by stage of decision-making.
  • Develops cohesive, cross-channel plans and provides clear direction in complex, ambiguous environments (including B2B2C contexts).
