Job description

NYC Alliance is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive (Apparel) to join our 525 America team. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic retail partnerships, driving sales, and delivering revenue growth across key accounts. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in account management, strong retail relationships, and the ability to consistently exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with key retail partners for private label programs

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product development

Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to develop innovative private label products

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management

Negotiate terms and contracts with retail partners to maximize profitability

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales or account management, specifically in the private label or branded apparel industry

Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the private label segment

Proven success in achieving sales goals and expanding client relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
