IMMEDIATELY HIRING a fast and accurate Data Entry Clerk, full-time, in a home health company.
Self-starters in home health who are fast learners and highly trainable are welcome to apply! Willing to accept ENTRY LEVEL position.
We're looking for a self-starter who are willing to grow with the company from data encoder to an HR Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for people who have a good focus on details and can work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be trained in some HR functions and pulling out reports from the system.

Job Responsibilities of Data Entry/HR Assistant:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Organize and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by CMS and Health Department.
  • Follow up and updates Nurses credentials.
  • File and organize binders per department.
  • Performing other related duties as needed.

Qualifications for Data Entry/HR Assistant:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
  • Can type at least 45-50wpm with high accuracy is a MUST.
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Experience working in data entry software or willing to be trained.
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Preferably speaks Tagalog language.
