We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development professional to expand our ecosystem by strategically partnering with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and trading communities. The ideal candidate possesses a "hunter" mentality and a deep understanding of the crypto exchange landscape, excels at high-stakes negotiation, and is passionate about driving platform growth through authentic influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic KOL Onboarding: Proactively identify, negotiate with, and onboard high-impact trader KOLs and professional trading communities to drive platform adoption.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with signal groups and crypto influencers to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty.

  • End-to-End Outreach: Execute sophisticated cold outreach strategies and manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.

  • Growth & Incentives: Design and implement competitive referral, rebate, and promotional initiatives tailored to attract top-tier trading talent.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging influencers and untapped market opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to streamline the partner onboarding process and enhance the user experience.

  • Data-Driven Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the ROI of partnership campaigns, using key metrics to optimize future acquisition strategies.
