Job description

Hi,

Crypto Project manger

Role Summary

Lead execution across crypto custody, blockchain integration, and tokenization programs while owning and operationalizing an AI-centric development life cycle. The posting describes this as a role accountable not only for delivery outcomes, but also for how work gets executed in a highly regulated, high-risk domain.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end execution of the crypto custody, blockchain, and tokenization roadmap.

· Coordinate delivery across crypto custody engineering, blockchain platform teams, crypto security, platform SRE, and enterprise stakeholders across risk, security, legal, compliance, and operations.

· Translate strategic objectives into executable, sequenced delivery plans and manage dependencies across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.

· Serve as the steward of an AI-centric development life cycle by enabling AI-assisted planning and decomposition, AI-augmented design and documentation, and agent-assisted dependency tracking and risk surfacing.

· Maintain technical fluency across crypto custody architectures, blockchain integration and tokenization dependencies, and security, disaster recovery, and incident-readiness requirements.

· Drive risk, readiness, and governance management by surfacing technical and delivery risks early, aligning on go-live criteria, cutover and rollback plans, and operational readiness checkpoints.

· Establish an operating cadence and produce executive-ready updates focused on outcomes, risks, mitigations, and decisions required.

Source-Supported Qualification Themes

· 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management in complex platform environments.

· Proven experience leading execution across high-risk, regulated, or security-sensitive systems.

· Strong ability to operate in ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline.

· Demonstrated comfort working with senior engineers, architects, and executives.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strongly preferred: experience with AI-assisted or AI-led delivery models, prior exposure to crypto custody, blockchain, or financial services platforms, and experience coordinating.
