Job description

The Executive Director serves as guardian on our Executive Leadership Team as a forward-thinking partner providing leadership to cast our Vision and ensure our Business Plan is being executed. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the team and the systems and processes in the restaurant. The Operator will also help you create a Development Plan for your personal life and hold you accountable. This individual must have a passion for restaurant service, people and business. The Executive Director will set and execute the Vision to train world class team members and will effectively lead, monitor, create consistency, and drive 2ndMile Service and Operational Excellence. This is an in-restaurant position for an individual location; therefore, the Executive Director learns everything about the business and may lead into becoming an Owner/Operator or obtaining a position at our Corporate Office.
