Job description

We're looking for a Market Executive to:
create a vision and business development strategy
coach branch managers and financial advisors to deliver excellent client service, drive business growth, improve retention and establish a robust local presence
set financial advisor recruiting goals, lead recruiting activities and oversee the transition of advisors
monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
partner with the management team to manage day-to-day activities
manage P&L, and incorporate P&L considerations in business decisions
