Role Description


This is a hybrid contract role for an Executive Coach based in Atlanta, GA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, providing executive and business coaching, offering strategic guidance to clients, and facilitating leadership development programs. Daily tasks will include assessing client needs, designing delivering coaching plans, supporting clients in achieving both personal and professional goals, and networking with industry professionals.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Executive Coaching, Business Coaching, and Coaching methodologies
  • Experience in Executive Management and developing leadership skills
  • Proficiency with financial statements, data analysis, and analytics
  • Expertise in Training and facilitating professional development programs and workshops
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to understand client goals and design tailored solutions
  • Previous experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
