Account Executive

CINC is the # 1 Real Estate CRM and Website provider in North America for elite real estate agents. CINC was founded in 2011 and we are based in Marietta, GA. Our robust solution is a complete CRM platform that allows real estate professionals to seamlessly manage & nurture their clients and grow their business.


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive that will qualify inbound leads, develop sales opportunities, conduct virtual demonstrations, and close new business.In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the business, develop your skills, and grow your sales career within our organization.


In this role you will:

Gain a high-level technical understanding of CINC's current and upcoming products and service offerings.

Own full lifecycle of sales to include qualifying inbound leads, develop sales opportunities, conduct virtual demonstrations, and close business.

Honestly and accurately articulate the value of CINCs platforms and other products.

Communicate industry and market facts to position CINC as a competitive solution with clients.

Maintain accurate records of all Lead activities within SalesLoft.

Reach monthly revenue quota by driving new sales, reducing churn, and ensuring best practices are being implemented on every sales call.

Make 50 outbound dials a day as a minimum.

Be passionate about sales with high energy and a willingness to learn.

Demonstrate excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of technology, MS Office applications, Salesforce, SalesLoft, e-mail, and other CINC internal systems.

Have the ability to build great rapport with our diverse sales team and potential clients.

The ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude.

Pipeline management experience (Be your own boss!)

An active listener who can identify the prospect's needs.

Impeccable integrity

Salesforce experience preferred

SalesLoft experience is a plus

Sales experience with PPC, SEO services, and digital advertising is highly preferred.

Strong teamwork skills

Goal-oriented

Nice to Have:

2+ years of Sales experience

Knowledge of lead generation is a plus

Experience with Chili Piper

Previous experience working with SAAS to the front of the line

The ability and drive to work remote occasionally visiting the office
