CNA Telemetry Tech Nursing Unit Secretary

The posted compensation range of $17.25 - $24.68/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As a crucial member of the patient care team, the CNA-Telemetry Tech-Nursing Unit Secretary role will provide direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. While in this position you will:

  • Continually monitors patients on telemetry by interpreting and recording ECG rhythms and reporting pertinent changes to appropriate personnel
  • Be responsible for accuracy of reports and error reconciliation, including troubleshooting equipment problems and communicates needs to leader.
  • Assist the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs.

Required:

  • State registered CNA license in Utah
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program

Preferred:

  • Six months previous CNA or healthcare experience.
