About the role
This is a high impact external-facing role responsible for driving membership growth for a premium concierge medical practice. Success in this position comes proactive identification of opportunities, building and nurturing high value relationships, through relationship building, referral network development, and market outreach.
This role serves as a professional ambassador for the practice, engaging in peer-level conversations with healthcare providers and building trusted relationships with community stakeholders and referral partners. The position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, polished communication, and the ability to represent the practice with credibility and care in all external interactions.
Responsibilities
  • Execute a growth strategy for the concierge practice through targeted outreach, high value strategic introductions, and relationship-based development.
  • Build, manage and expand high-quality pipeline of qualified prospective members, referral clinicians and strategic partners.
  • Identify, pursue and secure partnerships that support sustainable membership growth, brand elevation strengthening our competitive position.
  • Establish a strong external presence by representing the practice in executive, clinical, and community settings to expand visibility and influence.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership in external market-facing interactions carrying the mission and value proposition in the market.
  • Proactively, build and expand a curated high performing network of specialist physicians providing priority access for concierge patients.
  • Establish and optimize preferred referral pathways that support expedited scheduling and coordinated care.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key specialists, clinical partners and practice leaders.
  • Own and address access challenges and escalations to protect the concierge patient experience and standard of care.
  • Identify and close specialty gaps to strengthen the clinical network.
  • Champion and protect the practice's clinical standards, discretion, and brand's premium positioning
  • Deliver consistent, high-caliber messaging across all external engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine market strategy, sharpen positioning, and align growth priorities.
  • Track growth metrics, referral performance, access timelines, and partnership outcomes
  • Deliver leadership with market insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations
  • Continuously refine and optimize outreach strategy based on results and evolving market dynamics adjusting tactics to maximize impact and growth.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, or market-facing leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success growing high-end healthcare, executive health, concierge, or boutique service models.
  • Strong credibility with physicians and specialists; comfortable in peer-level clinical conversations.
  • Proven ability to build long-term, high-trust professional relationships

Sales Commission
In addition to your Base Salary, earn 3% commission on monthly sales revenue from Marquis MD concierge memberships you personally generate, subject to the Company's commission plan.
$20,000 Minimum Commission Guarantee - First 90 Days*
*Conditions apply: You must remain actively employed through the full 90-day period. If your earned commissions are less than $20,000, Marquis MD will make up the difference. If you earn $20,000 or more, you keep your full commissions.
