Eurest is seeking a passionate, people-focused Assistant Manager to assist the Delta Sky Club at Salt Lake City Airport.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of food service operations, leading and inspiring the team, and keeping with all corporate and brand standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
  • Ensures the food, service, and hospitality delivered to the client, customers, and associates of the  Delta Sky Club is of superior quality.
  • Assists with hiring, training, and development of all Delta Sky Club team members 
  • Supports all functions of the Delta Sky Club 
  • Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
     

Qualifications:

  • Flexible schedule/ Open availablility is required  - Opening, Closing & Weekends 
  • 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of team leadership experience
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Utah State liquor laws 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
