Pay: $17 - $20 per hour
Position Summary
We are looking for skilled Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and plating meals according to the restaurant's menu specifications. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager to ensure food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock your workstation with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Prepare ingredients and basic components of each dish following recipes and standards.
  • Cook and plate menu items with precision and consistency.
  • Ensure food preparation and storage areas comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout your shift, including proper handling of leftovers and waste disposal.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow directions from the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager.
