The Executive Chef leads and mentors kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment that prioritizes food safety and hygiene standards. Ultimately, the Executive Chef contributes to the overall well-being and satisfaction of those served by creating meals that support outcomes and enhance the dining experience within our Independent Living community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably within a healthcare or institutional food service environment.
