A rare opportunity for an Executive Chef to take the helm of an award-wining, independently owned restaurant with a devoted following and real momentum. Ownership is looking for a culinary leader to define the next chapter — not just run service, but set the vision.
This is a flagship role with full culinary authority: you'll own the menu and creative direction, set the standard for execution, build and mentor a talented brigade, and partner directly with an owner who backs ambition with resources. The kitchen is well-established and respected; the upside is yours to shape.
You are: a seasoned Executive or senior chef with refined technique, a track record of consistency at a high level, and the leadership to elevate an entire team. You build menus worth documenting, develop the people under you, and run a kitchen that's as disciplined as it is creative.
