Role Summary

We are seeking a senior product leader to serve as Director, Commercial Product Management for Fraud Solutions, owning strategy, portfolio performance, and market growth across both card and non-card fraud products. This role sets the vision and commercial direction for a multi-product portfolio and leads cross-functional teams to deliver scalable fraud and risk solutions. The Director will partner closely with Sales, Technology, Operations, and key clients to accelerate growth, improve client outcomes, and strengthen market leadership in fraud prevention across payment channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the portfolio strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across card and non-card fraud solutions (ACH, Wire, Deposits, Card, RTP), ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and market demand.
  • Drive commercial performance and growth, including pricing strategy, market positioning, and long-range planning for the fraud solutions portfolio.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution at scale, shaping segmentation, sales enablement, and market expansion initiatives across client segments.
  • Act as a senior thought partner to Sales and executive clients, supporting strategic deals, complex solutioning, and executive-level engagements.
  • Drive portfolio evolution and innovation, identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and adjacent capabilities (e.g., real-time payments, identity, AI-driven fraud detection).
  • Oversee large-scale client migrations, integrations, and product delivery, ensuring strong execution across Technology, Operations, and external partners.
  • Establish and govern KPIs and performance metrics across product health, fraud outcomes, adoption, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop product management talent, setting direction, coaching teams, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in fraud, risk, or financial crimes product management, with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Strong expertise across card and non-card fraud domains, including ACH, wires, deposits, and card-based payments.
  • Proven track record of owning product portfolios or business lines, driving growth and market adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute enterprise-level go-to-market strategies and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading complex product environments, including integrations, large client implementations, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling fraud solutions within financial institutions or payments providers.
  • Familiarity with modern fraud platforms, identity verification, and data-driven/AI-based risk solutions.
  • Strong background in vendor partnerships, ecosystem development, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience driving product expansion into new markets or adjacent capabilities (e.g., RTP, P2P, embedded finance).
