Job description

Our client is a recruiting/staffing firm. They seek a temp to perm Corporate Representative to join their Milwaukee, WI office.


Responsibilities

  • Assess participant eligibility, conduct intake interviews, and evaluate job readiness
  • Coordinate barrier removal services to support successful employment outcomes, including housing, childcare, healthcare, and other resources
  • Develop individualized employment and career action plans tailored to participant goals
  • Guide participants through ongoing career coaching sessions to support professional, educational, and personal development
  • Facilitate job search activities, higher education applications, career assessments, and exam preparation
  • Maintain accurate case notes, attendance records, reports, and program documentation
  • Connect participants with vocational training, certification programs, and technical skills development opportunities
  • Achieve enrollment, placement, and program performance goals within established timelines
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages career growth and long-term employment success


Requirements

  • Minimum of a 4-year degree; relevant experience and/or advanced studies in social services is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience working with client/participants in a workforce development, social services, or community-based context
  • Experience with motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, and/or two-generational methods is a plus
  • Experience developing individualized service and/or employment plans for participants preferred
  • Understanding of workforce development, employment services, and case management a definite plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
