Primary Function

Provides secretarial/administrative support directly to the CFO, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e‑mail. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses. Participates in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible primarily for managing the logistics of the CFO's business, legal and government affairs activities
  • Manage the daily itinerary, meeting schedules, travel arrangements and certain Legal Department and government affairs administrative duties
  • General correspondence, document production, filing and presentation preparation
  • This position will be a part of the Executive Assistant team
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Strong skills in word processing and PowerPoint presentation software are required
  • Excellent record management, organization and filing skills are necessary
  • Ability to handle a high-pressure work environment and sensitive issues with confidentiality and tact
  • Must be a team player who enjoys his or her work and gets along well with others
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with and enjoy learning about the new technological advances that are becoming a part of today’s business environment
