Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. The COO & Business Development professional will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes, teams, and resources are aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading operational planning, managing performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality. The role also involves developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new markets and partnerships, and supporting revenue growth. The individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership on budgeting, financial planning, and risk management, while mentoring managers and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Strong Operations Management and Business Planning skills, with experience aligning processes and resources to strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting, including managing budgets, supporting forecasting, and overseeing cost-control initiatives.
  • Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth in a managerial or executive capacity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
