Job description

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Recruiter to join our internal team in a hybrid capacity on the north side of Columbus. This role blends full-cycle recruiting with business development, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both building relationships and driving revenue growth. This role will focus on professional opportunities in HR, Supply Chain, and Administration.
This position plays a key role in identifying top talent while also developing new client partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. Position offers base with uncapped commission potential.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Build and execute strategies to convert prospects into active clients
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand hiring needs, organizational challenges, and workforce goals
  • Present tailored talent solutions and negotiate service agreements
  • Develop long-term partnerships through consistent communication and value delivery
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional and/or executive-level roles
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using tools such as LinkedIn and internal systems
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and organizational fit
  • Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and oversee offer negotiations
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or business development (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven success in generating new business and meeting sales targets
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience within professional-level roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Consultative sales approach with a strong drive to win new business
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per hour
