Job description

Position Summary
Legends Global is seeking an experienced and motivated Pastry Supervisor to support pastry production operations for catering events, premium suites, concessions, and special events at both the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center. This leadership role works closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry leadership team to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality pastry products while maintaining operational excellence, food quality standards, and team performance.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume bakery, pastry shop, or scratch production kitchen preferred.
  • Formal culinary or pastry training preferred; equivalent experience through mentorship or apprenticeship considered.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across two venues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
