The individual in this role will serve Slalomโ€™s customers in the Great Lakes market, specifically the Detroit metro region, as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business solutions through complex sales engagement processes. Successful candidates are partnership and brand evangelists, are passionate about technology, and can identify new client opportunities, all while thriving in a people-based corporate culture.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Drive new business growth by partnering with account and practice leaders to pursue opportunities, build pipeline, and secure MSAs

Build and manage relationships with clients, decision makers, and alliance partners to expand Slalom's presence

Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and account strategy using Slalom sales tools and cross-team collaboration

Support overall sales success by activating networks, hosting events, mentoring sellers, and consistently delivering against quota

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a direct sales/business development role with a focus on growth in the consulting industry

Proven ability to sell and shape complex professional services engagements within Fortune 500 organizations

Consistent history of originating, closing new business, and exceeding sales targets while building C-suite relationships

Strong business acumen with creativity, curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex pursuits and self-motivate

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:The targeted base salary pay range for Sales Executive is $111,000 - $166,000.In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individualโ€™s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
