Reporting to the Global Brand CFO, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial finance professional to partner with our Global Customer Engagement Leader and play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives across Customer Success, Global Call Centre, Productive Ops and AI. You'll act as a trusted business partner, transforming complex data into meaningful commercial insights that help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities and make better decisions. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll connect investment decisions to Brand strategic objectives, build compelling business cases, and translate programme activity into tangible financial outcomes. This role combines commercial finance expertise, investment governance, strategic thinking and stakeholder partnership to drive accountability, productivity improvements and business growth.
Day to day you will...
  • Build investment proposals and business cases for projects requiring executive approval, ensuring alignment to Brand strategic objectives
  • Partner with Customer Engagement leaders to develop the commercial and analytical narrative underpinning strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Translate programme activity into measurable financial outcomes, commercial value and actionable insights
  • Surface customer trends and productivity insights across Customer Success, Global Call Centre, Productive Ops and AI functions
  • Prioritise the Customer Experience and Product Operations project portfolio against Brand strategic objectives and funding requirements
  • Monitor project investment performance, validate ROI assumptions and track spend against approved budgets and targets
  • Deliver commercial insights that help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, manage risks and make informed decisions
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes across technology, resourcing and strategic initiatives
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Marketing, Product and Customer Engagement teams globally
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
You'll be perfect if you have...
  • CPA or CA qualified
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, business analysis or commercial management
  • Proven experience developing business cases, ROI frameworks and investment proposals
  • Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategic decision-making through commercial insights and analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable opportunities
  • Portfolio financial governance, budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Travel or retail industry experience is advantageous
  • Degree in Business, Economics or a related discipline
