About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven Account Executive to join our US sales team, based in Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who's hungry to learn, build relationships, and make an impact. You'll be given real responsibility from day one — managing your own pipeline, running discovery calls, and closing deals — with the support and coaching of an experienced team around you.

You don't need to have done this exact role before. What matters is that you're curious, commercially minded, and genuinely motivated to help customers solve problems.

Why Work For Us?

At JustPark, you'll be joining a team that cares about doing great work without taking itself too seriously. You'll get real ownership of your patch, exposure to the full sales cycle, and plenty of opportunities to grow. We invest in our people — through coaching, training, and giving you the tools you need to succeed. If you're looking for somewhere to kickstart or accelerate an AE career, this is it.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close for SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and your own prospecting
  • Run engaging discovery calls and demos that get to the heart of what customers actually need
  • Develop relationships with key contacts and stakeholders across your accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and account status in Salesforce
  • Work closely with SDRs to foster new leads and ensure smooth opportunity handover
  • Collaborate closely with our partnerships, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Represent JustPark with energy, knowledge, and professionalism

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR, BDR, or AE experience welcome)
  • A track record of hitting targets or making a measurable commercial impact
  • Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and confident on calls and in writing
  • Naturally curious and good at asking the right questions to understand customer needs
  • Comfortable managing your own time and prioritizing across multiple deals
  • Resilient and positive — you don't let rejection knock you off course
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
  • Interest in technology, parking, or mobility is a bonus but not essential

Benefits

What We Offer:

Recharge your batteries

  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Complimentary in-office barista (Dallas office)
  • Catered breakfast & lunch Tuesday–Thursday (Dallas office)
  • Weekly social events at the office (Dallas office)
