Job description

Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant in Fort Worth, TX to provide administrative support to senior leadership while working closely with and assisting the Senior Executive Assistant in daily operations. This role will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, maintaining employee records, and managing confidential information. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have 10+ years of experience supporting Executives 
  • Must have Associates degree, or equivalent experience 
  • Typing score of 70 wpm
  • Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
