You are a motivated and organized individual, who enjoys working in an ever-changing environment and has a keen eye for attention to detail. You are ready to learn new skills, in a fast paced and growing industry with a focus on efficiency, organization, andstrong communicationto ensure smooth daily operations for our executives. You provide high-level administrative and office support to an assigned executive(s) and oversee various office operations.

The Impact You Will Have

As an Executive Assistant with QTS, you will have the opportunity to work with our executives across the organization andsupportthem to be successful in their day-to-day roles. For QTS, our Executive Assistants are a crucial element in our Executive Support organization,a key part of our team, and provide more than just administrative support. With customer service in mind, you will not only work with executives,butalsotheir teams in prioritizing meetings, communications, and needs of our executive team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage an executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling complex scheduling needs.

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the executive, filtering calls, emails, and visitors to ensure theexecutivestime is used effectively.

  • Arrange travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and transportation.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and act as a point of contact for the executive.

  • Organize andmaintaindocuments, prepare reports, and create presentations.

  • Assistwith special projects and tasks, as needed, to support the executives' needs andobjectives.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes as needed, and ensure efficient meeting flow.

What You Will Need to be Successful

  • Fiveor more years of experience in an administrative function.

  • Strong communicationskills.

  • Proficiencywith technologyincludingMS Office,emailand other relevant programs.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Ability tooperatewith discretion and confidentiality.

Other Key Skills

  • Analytical skills, including the ability to perform basic spreadsheet functions.

  • Experienceassistingwith event planning, including coordinatinglogisticsand ensuring smooth execution.

  • Experience writing communications on behalf of leaders for distribution.
