Executive Assistant / Donor Manager


Leading nonprofit organization seeks a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant / Donor Manager to work closely with executive leadership and help manage high-level donor relationships and communications. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s schedule, appointments and meetings, coordinating priorities, and ensuring important details and follow-ups stay on track.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, polished, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with discretion and excellent follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the confidence and professionalism to interact with prominent donors, executives, and community leaders. Full-time position. Flexibility, including some evening availability, is required.
